Note:
- KMI's Junks deleted
- Unused buttons blanked

- All menu navigation working except the SONG menu as KMI always add (and repeat) the songs tracks after the end of the movie on their DVD. I have removed these duplicate frames to get more space for the main movie.

Thus the SONG menu has been disabled. 
If you want to access the songs from the MENU, plz use the CHAPTERS navigation.
